Refund policy

At Javeil we want you to love what you get but if something isn’t right don’t worry we’ve got you

You can refund or exchange only while the courier is still outside your house. Please check your order upon delivery while the courier waits outside for a maximum of 10 minutes and decide whether you would like to receive it or not. Please note that the shipping fees must be paid either way.
